Who passed away on Thursday 13th August 2009 after losing his battle with cancer
Fred will always be remembered by Eversley Park, the club that he pulled back from the edge of extinction in his 3 years of captaincy which was terminated only by his failing health! He left behind him a club able now to field a full side every sunday, A team that in 2009 won its Sunday matches for ten consecutive weeks

Tom is our Scorer, Webmaster and Press Secretary, so he invents the lies distributed throughout these pages! He became involved in the club, when Eversley Park tagged along on a visit to the Island of Menorca under the guise of a cricket tour. He was persuaded to keep score alongside the Menorcan scorer although he knew nothing about scoring or the rules of cricket. After the tour he began to come along to home matches and did occasionally score. In 2002 he began scoring on a regular basis and took over the statistics database from Peter Duffy and apart from absences on holiday has scored every match since including other tours to Menorca and Barbados. He still claims to know nothing about the rules of cricket, but does know now a lot about scoring and has even been seen to show the opposition scorers how to do
